* At 837 PM MDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 4
miles northwest of Santa Teresa to East El Paso to near Indian
Cliffs Ranch, moving northeast at 65 mph.
HAZARD…Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 40 mph.
