* WHAT…For the Heat Advisory today, heat index values up to 109.
For the Extreme Heat Warning on Tuesday, dangerously hot conditions
with air temperatures over 105 degrees and heat index values near
110 degrees.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, southeast, and southern Oklahoma.

* WHEN…For the Heat Advisory today, until 8 PM CDT this evening.
For the Extreme Heat Warning, from 11 AM to 8 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high
humidity may cause heat illnesses.

Instructions
