Northwestern Val Verde County in south central Texas…
* Until 700 AM CDT Saturday.
* At 947 PM CDT, river gauges reported a dangerous, quick escalating
flood wave moving down the Pecos River. This could be the highest
crest on this river since 1974. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly. People along the river should move to
higher ground.
HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding.
