* WHAT…Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Northeastern Deaf Smith County in the panhandle of Texas…
Southern Moore County in the panhandle of Texas…
Central Potter County in the panhandle of Texas…
Northwestern Randall County in the panhandle of Texas…

* WHEN…Until 245 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many
areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours
for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage
systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 727 AM CDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but little to no additional
rainfall is expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Amarillo and Bushland.

Instructions

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
