* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Central Deaf Smith County in the panhandle of Texas…
South Central Oldham County in the panhandle of Texas…

* WHEN…Until 945 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 646 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the
warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Hereford, Simms and Bootleg.

Instructions

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
