* IMPACTS…At 17.0 feet, Water covers low spots on Willard Lake
Road and Village Creek Road near Lumberton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this afternoon to a crest of 17.2 feet this evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
– Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
