Poteau River near Panama affecting Le Flore County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Poteau River near Panama.

* WHEN…From this evening to tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 29.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 2:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 29.5 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
morning.
– Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
