* WHEN…From late tonight to Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Lowland agricultural areas begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 12.0 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached late tonight.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
