* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and western Texas, including the
following counties, in southwest Texas, Terrell. In western Texas,
Borden, Glasscock, Howard, Mitchell, Reagan and Scurry.

* WHEN…From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, arroyos, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will develop over
the Watch area today through this evening. Heavy rainfall may
quickly result in areas of flash flooding.
