* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Buena
Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Ida and Woodbury and northeast Nebraska,
including the following county, Dakota.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– A widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain is likely from tonight through
Thursday.
– Stay up to date with the latest river observations and forecasts
at: water.noaa.gov
