rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE…Southeast Wyoming and the western Nebraska panhandle.

* WHEN…Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Localized torrential rainfall in scattered thunderstorm
activity combined with the potential for training
thunderstorms continues to have the potential to produce
flooding.
