* WHERE…A portion of northwest Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Alfalfa, Blaine, Dewey, Ellis, Harper, Major, Woods and
Woodward.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Slow-moving thunderstorms are expected across the area this
morning with flash flooding possible.
