* WHERE…Portions of northwest Illinois, including the following
counties, Mercer and Rock Island and east central Iowa, including
the following counties, Clinton, Jackson and Scott.

* WHEN…Through this evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Additional rounds of slow moving storms today over a
saturated ground to bring an elevated risk for flash
flooding.
