* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…A portion of the low-lying Rolling Plains, including
Stonewall County.

* WHEN…From 7 PM CDT Wednesday evening through 7 AM CDT Thursday
morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected
through early Wednesday. Storms may move repeatedly over the same
areas, which combined with high rainfall rates may result in
flash flooding.
