* WHERE…Rio Grande at Laredo.

* WHEN…From Thursday afternoon to Friday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 1.6 feet (0.5 meters).
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached as early as Thursday
afternoon.
– Flood stage is 8.0 feet (2.4 meters).
