* WHERE…Portions of south central New Mexico, including all of
Otero County and extreme eastern Sierra and Dona Ana Counties and
in southwest Texas, including the following areas, El Paso County
and western Hudspeth County
* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
arroyos, dry washes and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
