* WHERE…Portions of southeast Kansas and central, south central,
southwest, and west central Missouri.

* WHEN…From 11 AM Monday to 8 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Abnormally hot temperatures will progress from
west to east over the course of Monday into Tuesday, bringing Heat
Index values up to 100 to 105 across portions of the area each day.
