* WHAT…For the Extreme Heat Warning today, dangerously hot
conditions with temperatures or heat index values up to 114. For
the Heat Advisory Tuesday, heat index values up to 109 expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast, southern, and southwest Oklahoma and
northern Texas.

* WHEN…For the Extreme Heat Warning today, until 8 PM CDT this
evening. For the Heat Advisory Tuesday, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

Instructions

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
