Southeastern Dawes County in the Panhandle of Nebraska…

* Until 1245 AM MDT.

* At 1158 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Roberts
Trailhead Campground, or 13 miles south of Chadron, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Chadron, Red Cloud Campground, Roberts Trailhead Campground,
Chadron State Park, and Chadron State Park Campground.

Instructions

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
