* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Kearny County in southwestern Kansas…
Western Finney County in southwestern Kansas…
Southwestern Scott County in west central Kansas…
Northern Grant County in southwestern Kansas…
East central Stanton County in southwestern Kansas…

* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 650 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 12 miles south of Leoti to 9 miles north of Lakin to
6 miles north of Ulysses to 9 miles southeast of Johnson City,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Severe thunderstorms will be near…
Ulysses and Lakin around 655 PM CDT.
Deerfield around 700 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include
Holcomb, Friend, Garden City, Scott City and Shallow Water.
