The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Eastern Foster County in southeastern North Dakota…
Central Stutsman County in southeastern North Dakota…

* Until 945 PM CDT.

* At 842 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
over Glenfield to 5 miles northwest of Pingree, or along a line
from 26 miles east of Carrington to 18 miles south of Carrington,
moving south at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Jamestown, Kensal, Glenfield, Buchanan, Spiritwood Lake, Bordulac,
Spiritwood, Pingree, Courtenay, Eldridge, Windsor, Edmunds,
Melville and Juanita.

Instructions

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and
large hail.

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
