* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
North Central Harding County in northwestern South Dakota…

* Until 645 PM MDT.

* At 556 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near North Cave
Hills, or 13 miles north of Buffalo, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Ludlow, North Cave Hills and South Cave Hills.

Instructions

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail and damaging winds.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT Saturday for a
portion of northwest South Dakota.
