* At 654 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Grinnell Regional Airport to near Milo, moving east
at 35 mph.

HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Newton, Indianola, Pella, Grinnell, Knoxville, Montezuma, Carlisle,
Colfax, Monroe, Pleasantville, Prairie City, New Sharon,
Melcher-Dallas, Iowa Speedway, Knoxville Raceway, Lake Red Rock,
Rock Creek Lake, Sully, Milo, and Hartford.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 153 and 203.
