Southwestern Van Zandt County in north central Texas…

* Until 430 PM CDT.

* At 342 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Kemp, or 9
miles north of Gun Barrel City, moving southeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

Cedar Creek Reservoir around 345 PM CDT.
Mabank and Kemp around 350 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include
Prairieville, Roddy, Becker, and Rand.
