Details

At 150 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Dunseith, or 19 miles southeast of Bottineau, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Rolla, Dunseith, Rolette, St. John, Belcourt, International Peace
Garden, Shell Valley, Mylo, Overly, Thorne, Turtle Mountain,
Nanson, Butte St. Paul State Recreation Area, Homen State Forest
and Agate.

Instructions

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
