Details

At 1035 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms extending from 18 miles north of Hecla to 6 miles north
of Frederick, or extending from 27 miles northwest of Britton to 24
miles northeast of Leola, moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

The strong thunderstorms will be near…
Hecla and Frederick around 1040 PM CDT.
Sunset Colony around 1055 PM CDT.
Westwood Colony and Houghton around 1100 PM CDT.
Britton, Amherst and Kidder around 1105 PM CDT.
