Details
At 221 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Rowley, or 9 miles southeast of Independence, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Winds in excess of 40 mph and minor flooding.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
around unsecured objects. Slowing or redirecting of traffic
due to ponding or flowing water. Closure of waterfront
access due to flooding.

Independence, Manchester, Center Point, Urbana, Winthrop, Walker,
Coggon, Quasqueton, Ryan, Rowley, Prairieburg, Masonville, Troy
Mills, Paris, Lime Creek County Park, Robinson, Delaware County
Fairgrounds, Buffalo Creek Park, Monti, and Baileys Ford Park.
This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 39 and 51.
