Details

At 815 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong
thunderstorms near Granite Falls, or 16 miles southeast of
Montevideo, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Granite Falls, Granite Falls Airport, Hanley Falls, Minnesota
Falls, Upper Sioux Agency State Park, Wood Lake, Sacred Heart and
Echo.
