Details
At 715 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Shortville, or 12 miles southeast of Neillsville, moving southeast at
20 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Clark
and east central Jackson Counties, including the following
locations… Ballard Road And Pray Avenue, City Point, Highway 95 And
73, The Neillsville Municipal Airport, Potters Flowage, The
Cunningham Airfield, Pray, and Nevins.
