Details
At 1015 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 11 miles southwest of Bunker, or 21 miles southeast of
Salem, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Current River State Park, Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Echo Bluff
State Park, Eminence, Bunker, Turtle, Jadwin, Howes Mill, Midridge,
Gladden, Round Spring, West Eminence, Akers, and Stone Hill.
Instructions
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for south central
Missouri.
