Details

At 419 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles northwest of Mahnomen, or 40 miles north of Detroit Lakes,
moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Fosston, Mahnomen, Island Lake in Mahnomen County, Bejou, Lengby,
Beaulieu, and Pine Bend.
