Details
At 214 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Steele, or 44 miles east of Bismarck, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include…
Steele, Medina, Tappen, Pettibone, Dawson, Robinson, Lake Isabel,
Crystal Springs, Lake Williams, Chase Lake, Horsehead Lake and
Streeter Memorial.
Instructions
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
