Details

At 1044 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Rib Mountain to near
Mosinee to 11 miles northwest of Stevens Point to near Wisconsin
Rapids to 6 miles southwest of New Rome. Movement was northeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids, Weston, Rib Mountain, Mosinee, and Lake
Wazeecha around 1050 AM CDT.
Stevens Point around 1110 AM CDT.
Whiting around 1120 AM CDT.
Bevent around 1140 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Milladore, Big Eau
Pleine County Park, Moon, Little Chicago, Park Ridge, Hamburg,
Coddington, North Star, Blenker, and Dancy.
