Details

Fog continues over portions of the southern Red River Valley and
west central Minnesota. Dense fog with visibilities one quarter
mile or less remain patchy, with some locations fine and some very
poor. Visibilities will remain variable for the southern Red River
Valley and the Lakes country of Minnesota through 10 am. Be
prepared for rapidly changing conditions.
