Details

At 220 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles east of Lake Tanglewood, or 14 miles southeast of Amarillo,
moving north at 15 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Amarillo and Washburn.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 77 and 91.
