At 411 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from 2 miles west of Soper to 5 miles southwest of
Goodland. Movement was north at 35 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
