Details
At 736 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lancaster to near Kirksville. Movement was
east at 40 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 55 mph, minor flooding and penny size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Strong winds could break tree limbs, knock down weak trees
and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor
objects is possible. Slowing or redirecting of traffic due
to ponding or flowing water.
Locations impacted include…
Rutledge, South Gorin, Greensburg, Bible Grove, Etna, Sand Hill, and
Spillman Mound.
Instructions
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring and may lead to localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
