Details
At 801 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorm
outflow winds along a line extending from 9 miles northwest of Ashby
to 6 miles north of Lewellen to near Sedgwick. Movement was east at
35 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Ogallala, Chappell, Big Springs, Arthur, Brule, Lewellen, Hyannis,
Kingsley Dam, Barton, Roscoe, Whitman, Keystone, Ashby, and Lemoyne.
This includes the following highways…
Highway 2 between mile markers 124 and 164.
Highway 61 between mile markers 79 and 171.
Highway 92 between mile markers 115 and 179.
Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 84 and 140.
