Details

At 510 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Hay Springs, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Hay Springs and Intersection of Beaver Creek Road and White Clay
Creek Road.

This includes Highway 20 between mile markers 74 and 89.

Instructions

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of Nebraska.
