Details
At 811 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles northeast of Eddyville, or 19 miles south of Broken Bow, moving
east at 20 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern
Buffalo, southwestern Sherman and northeastern Dawson Counties.
Instructions
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
south central and central Nebraska.
