Details
At 403 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles east of Addington to 6 miles southwest
of Sugden to 5 miles southwest of Terral. Movement was northeast at
20 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Waurika, Comanche, Ringling, Ryan, Velma, Terral, Hastings, Loco,
Addington, Sugden, Grady, Oscar, southeastern Waurika Lake, and
Cornish.
Instructions
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
