The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
West central Kinney County in south central Texas…

* Until 500 AM CDT.

* At 409 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Standart, or 13 miles southeast of Del Rio, moving
northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Amanda around 440 AM CDT.
