Northeastern Cheyenne County in east central Colorado…
Eastern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado…
Western Sherman County in northwestern Kansas…

* Until 500 PM MDT.

* At 420 PM MDT, a dust channel was near Burlington, moving east at
25 mph.

HAZARD…Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in
excess of 60 mph.

IMPACT…Dangerous life-threatening travel.

Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 0 and 13.
Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 436 and 450.

Dust storms lead to dangerous driving conditions with visibility
