* At 824 PM CDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 6
miles southwest of Carlsbad to near The Intersection Of Ranch Road
1929 And Ranch Road 2134, moving south at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Near zero visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60
mph.
