* WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values of 95 to
105 possible each day. High temperatures will range from 91 to 101
Saturday, and 95 to 105 Sunday and Monday.

* WHERE…Western and central North Dakota

* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Overnight low temperatures will only drop to
around 70 degrees, providing little relief from the heat.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
