effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening.
* AFFECTED AREA…In Minnesota, North St. Louis, Northern Cook
and Lake and Central St. Louis.
* WINDS…West 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…As low as 35 percent.
* TEMPERATURES…Up to 85.
* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
