Southern Caddo Parish in northwestern Louisiana…
Harrison County in northeastern Texas…

* Until 300 PM CDT.

* At 1205 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Shreveport, Bossier City, Marshall, Hallsville, Haughton,
Greenwood, Blanchard, Waskom, Elysian Fields, Woodlawn, Fosters,
