Hardin County in southeastern Texas…
Central Jasper County in southeastern Texas…
Tyler County in southeastern Texas…
* Until 1230 PM CDT.
* At 836 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain in Reports of flood have been received from Tyler and
Hardin Counties. Between 5 and 20 inches of rain have fallen. The
expected rainfall rate is 1 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 5 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Lumberton, Silsbee, Woodville, Kountze, Sour Lake, Colmesneil,
Chester, Wildwood, Warren, Fred, Thicket, Saratoga, Town Bluff,
Village Mills, Honey Island, Caney Head, Spurger, Votaw and Batson.
