* WHEN…Until 930 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations is likely.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 603 PM CDT, Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen today due to
off-and-on showers and thunderstorms, especially across northern
Chase County.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to around 2 inches are possible in
the warned area this evening.
– Some locations that may experience localized floodinginclude…
Cottonwood Falls, Strong City, Bazaar, Elmdale, Matfield Green,
Cedar Point, Tallgrass Prairie, Tallgrass Prairie Preserve,
