Details

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, southeast, and southern
Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central
Oklahoma, Pontotoc. In southeast Oklahoma, Coal and Johnston. In
southern Oklahoma, Murray.

* WHEN…Until 800 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 454 PM CDT, emergency management flooding due to
thunderstorms. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Ada, Roff, Stonewall, Fitzhugh, Bromide, Hickory, Fittstown,
Pontotoc, Connerville, Scullin, Clarita and Jesse.

Instructions

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
